Good morning Everyone,
Today I want to share with you another easel card I made. Even though the message might be a bit "rainy", I made it whilst enjoying beautiful sunshine outside! :-)
The card was rather time consuming, I must admit; the umbrella and coat of the lovely Gorjuss girl were paper-pieced (some Glossy Accents went on the brolly & some Stickles on the coat, too!), the image itself coloured with Copics and ProMarkers. The shapes are die-cut and then embossed. There was also a whole lot of distressing, gluing things down, etc. I recycled a ribbon from a pressie that I got a while ago, and for the first time ever used some of the flowers that were hanging around in my drawers since forever (these got some Stickles also). The inside of the card uses the same piece of paper I used for die cutting the oval frame, and a small left-over strip of the red background paper which I ran through my punch.
The card was standing open for a while,
hence it was difficult to take a photo of the card closed - oops!
Stickles on the coat:
You can see the punched strip of paper here:
Here you can see the Glossy Accents. Love this photo, btw! :)

I am quite happy with the end result, and once I decide who will be the receiver of it - I hope they like it as much as I do! For now, let's just hope that coats, boots and brollies will be forgotten for a good while!
Have a lovely sunny day!
