Hello Everyone,
Hope that you're all having a fabulous weekend! I have been busy with a few family and friends meetings, but I have also had quite a few cards to make! I'm so lucky to be surrounded by people who like my work and order cards from me! :-)
Today I can finally present to you a Baby Shower card that I made for a friend. I couldn't post it earlier, not to spoil the surprise! The mommy-to-be doesn't know if the baby is a boy or a girl, so I decided to go with more neutral colours, rather than gender specific. I used an umbrella shaped-template by Shape EZ, which I thought was very apt for the occasion! A few butterflies (you know my obsession by now!), blingy flowers, some sparkly Stickles, pearls, and... voila!
The card is apparently going to have a special place in the Baby Album, as my friend reckons it's one of the loveliest cards she has ever received! I was a happy bunny when she told me that! :-)
Hope you like it, too!
You can see the sparkle below:
A few friends signed the card inside, after the photos were taken:
I also made a quick envelope, as the card didn't fit into anything I had!
I am entering the Umbrella Card into the following challenges:
