I'm just back from my holidays (boohoo!), and so I am sharing another recent make of mine with you.
Today I would like to share a male birthday card I made for a family member, using my recently purchased (partially won! - see video linked below for more info) Concord & 9th stamp set called Birdie Banners. I think it's a super versatile set, not necessarily only for male cards, but the fact that it CAN be used for male cards is a huge bonus for me - I always struggle with these!
I had loads of fun stamping out this little scene. The recipient (whose name is Rua, hence the letters on the birdies) seems to have liked it, I hope you like it, too!
Male card or not, a bit of Wink of Stella shimmer is a must! :o)
I also used the PPP iridescent stars, both on the outside and on the inside.
I am entering the card into the following challenges:
Seven Hills Crafts - Photo Inspiration (picture in the middle)
Crafty Friends - All things cute
Inky Impressions - All about boys
I also have a video to share with you - it's not a process video of how I made this card, but it features my recent Concord & 9th purchases, so I thought you might be interested:
Have a great Sunday afternoon and a fab week!
You've made a beautiful card for our 'All Things Cute' Challenge over at Crafty Friends Challenge Blog. The little birds are so cute. Good luck in the draw and hope you can join us again for our next challenge.
