Hello Everyone,
As promised, I'm back with another card inspired by Jennifer McGuire's sentiment stamping technique, and a colour combination from the Seven Hills Crafts challenge blog. This time, I decided to try stamping over the sentiments, without any masking. I have to say, I like this end result also! It's rather hard to choose a favourite!
What do you think?
I am entering the card into the following challenges:
Seven Hills Crafts - Photo inspiration (this time I used the one to the right)
The Flower challenge - Anything goes
As you might have noticed, I have recently been working on a lot of Thank You cards - that's because a lot of my crafty friends from Instagram sent fabulous 1st birthday cards to my daughter, Amelia, and now it's time for me to thank them. Some of them will be waiting a bit long for the thanks, but it's the thought that counts, right? :o) I still have a few to go, but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel... And then... Christmas cards! I have a feeling I won't manage to make too many this year, but I'll try my best... And yes, the same technique might be used on a few, cause it's so much fun!
Thanks for stopping by,
Mirella

I love these too - sort of ghostly through the blue of the flowers. You're very kind to think of us all! Honestly it was a pleasure :) xx
ReplyDeleteThese look just as fab - such a lovely ghosted effect, and made even more lush with that hint of shimmer from the Wink of Stella! It's so great that IG friends sent birthday cards for Amelia. Good luck finishing all the thank you cards! Thanks for joining us again at Seven Hills Crafts :)
ReplyDeleteI like this look with the words faint behind the flowers, very pretty. Thank you again for entering in the Flower Challenge. xx Aileen DT
