Everything is cooler with you

Hi Everyone,

Can you believe it's December already? I can't, eek! On one hand, I'm very excited, on the other... very unprepared... But hey, we'll have to go with the flow and make things work ;o)

We had a little hospital in the house over the last week and a bit (even the cat got sick!), each of us suffering from something different, but I am happy to report that we're all on the mend, and almost healthy. Woohoo! This means a little bit more time & strength for crafting, too! 

Today I am sharing with you a rather simple (but cute!) card I made with the "Cooler with you" card kit I won a while ago from MFT - loving the kit and I am sooooo happy that I won it. And to think that I wasn't too mad on the stampset when I first saw it - but how cute are these snowmen?!

I had a few challenges with colouring the images - my new batch of Crafter's Companion Neenah seems to be of a really poor quality & gives me headaches with loads of bleeding (gotta get the real deal from US soon, I guess...)... Either way, I went with it, helped myself with the white gel pen here and there (even doodled some patterns on the clothes), stuck with the images & the card concept till the end, and here it is --> I am actually quite happy with the end result :o)
