Hi Everyone,
Happy Monday!
Yay, I did manage to make the card I was talking about in my last post. This idea was in my head for a day or two now, and I am quite happy that the card turned out pretty much the way I imagined it - this does not happen very often!
Ideally, I would have put some thin glittery trim around the edges of the sponged part of the panel, but since the card was made for the "make a card in max 20 minutes" challenge, I didn't want to risk it and "waste" too much time, LOL.
I am proud to say, however, that not only did I manage to finish this card in under 20 minutes, I actually had over 3,5 minutes to spare! I did, however, have everything prepared on my desk for this project, including a pre-scored card base... I hope that wasn't cheating ;o)
And here's the card - very CAS, but I like it!
I am entering the card into the following challenges:
MFT Creative Olympics - Speed Cardmaking
MFT Sketch challenge - Sketch 372
MFT Birthday Project - Balloons
Have a great week,
Mirella
I love this idea for this sketch!! Great job keeping it under 20 mins. I love being able to make quick cards!!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Glad you like it! I’m usually useless with quick cards, but I’m so happy I tried and succeeded
